As landlord, you can bill your tenants whatever rate you choose and Cloud Net can prepare the bills. Or you can prepare the bills directly using the Cloud Net reporting systems through the portal.
You can add new extensions as easily as making a phone call. If you operate a virtual assistant service for your clients then it is very simple to have the virtual assistant answer calls in the name of the tenant.
You can choose to offer voice recording, voice mailboxes, fax boxes or any of the many features of the system either for free as an added incentive to your tenants or you can charge them for the facilities.
