When Mark and his staff moved to Walsall he took the opportunity to adopt an innovative approach to telecoms, he installed the Cloud Net internet based phone system. Not that it needed much installing it was plug and use.

"This is a really flexible system that oozes quality and I knew exactly where I was because the hardware came free, so no nasty long term leases to worry about, " said Mark. "It all works exactly as it should do, tirelessly and efficiently. I can talk to other users free and the sound quality is superb. I'm very pleased."

How they have configured our system

Presteen initially deployed an Interactive Voice Response IVR (Auto Attendant) but have now found that a receptionist system backed with voicemail is the most effective system for them. Calls are diverted to mobile out of hours allowing a 24/7 service for clients. This complete change in policy was made possible at no cost because of the flexibility of the Cloud Net Connect System.

Presteen also have a recorded information hot line to back up their advertising campaign aimed at local solicitors. Callers are greeted with a brief description of Presteen before being offered a small gift in return for their phone number. Messages received are immediately emailed to the company.
