Midlands based FLE Group is a leading UK provider of healthcare recruitment for pharmaceutical and medical device and equipment businesses. The organisation also provides a wide variety of consultancy, business support and marketing activities to their clients. John Brooks, Managing Director of FLE contacted Cloud Net after problems with their current telephony provider meant that their VOIP service, telephone lines and internet access had been suspended. This situation caused severe business continuity issues and FLE needed a rapid solution. John informed us that he had contacted around 5 VOIP providers: 2 just didn’t respond, 1 took a week to get back, 1 had a system that was unsuitable and inflexible for a small business. Cloud Net being the only supplier who responded timely and met all business requirements.

Cloud Net picked up the issues straight away, and through highly personalised customer services we were able to get FLE’s equipment and system infrastructure together very quickly. There was a short delay getting MAC codes to transfer the broadband over, due to the failure of the previous provider, but once we had received them FLE was back in business.

FLE required a small, flexible, but powerful system, to provide VOIP and intranet services between Head Office and 3 remote locations, all installed at short notice to a tight budget. MD, John Brooks, identified Cloud Net through internet research and subsequent third-party referral.

How they configured our system

FLE operate across multiple offices with calls being transferred from office to office seamlessly (and free). When an incoming call is received then it rings at all extensions in every office and can be picked up by any one. This allows FLE to minimise the waiting time. In the unlikely event of the call not being answered within 20 seconds then it is answered by the Cloud Net live answering service.
