Detailed Feature by Feature Comparison
1. Hunt Group numbers: You have an additional phone number that accepts simultaneous incoming calls. Featureline then searches for free extensions to receive them. Cloud Net Connect gives you complete flexibility with incoming calls.
2. Call Diversion: Redirect all incoming calls automatically to an internal or external number, including mobiles. You can also set up diversion on busy and diversion on no reply. Cloud Net Connect does this.
3. Call Waiting: Lets you know, while you're engaged on another call, that a caller is trying to contact you. You can speak to the caller with or without ending the original call. Cloud Net Connect does this plus gives you full conference facilities.
4. Call Pick-Up: Answer a call to another Featureline extension from your own phone. Cloud Net Connect does this.
5. Call Return: Tells you the telephone number of the last person who called you. Cloud Net Connect will tell you the number of any person that ever dialled you together with full call statistics and graph all the information via the web portal.
6. Call Transfer: Pass a call to another Featureline extension or any external number, including mobiles. Cloud Net Connect will allow you to park calls as well.

9. Three-way calling: Talk to two people at the same time. The other participants can be on a Featureline extension or an external line. Cloud Net Connect allows you to talk to unlimited people at the same time.
10. Code Calling: Store regularly used numbers and dial them quickly. Cloud Net Connect does this.
11. Repeat Last Call: Redial the last number called. Cloud Net Connect does this and lets you redial any previous number called.
12. Reminder Call: Use your Featureline as an alarm clock. Cloud Net Connect does this.
13. Caller Display: See the caller's phone or extension number, if available, before you answer (you'll need a caller-display phone or unit). There is a £20 one off set up fee to add this feature to your line. Cloud Net Connect does this, there is no set up fee.
