All of our systems come with the power of Cloud Net Connect. This means that you get a free web based control panel which enables you to configure your system at will. You get free geographic telephone numbers. You get free voice mail, free fax boxes, free call redirect, free call recording, free ring back, free conferencing. We do not add extra charges for caller display, voice direction or call waiting. We genuinely believe our hosted PBX service is not only the most compelling, but also the most competitive in the UK - and remember there are no capital charges either!
With Cloud Net there are no hidden charges or confusing small print. The comparisons below are based on our understanding of a 1 year Featureline contract as described in the BT price list. However the list is confusing and whilst we have spent time trying to ensure that we are correct there may be errors in our interpretation. If there are errors we will correct them immediately if we are informed. The systems do have differing features and are based on different technology. There are no capital charges with Cloud Net whilst you do have to purchase BT Featureline phones. BT offer longer contracts at lower rates. Cloud Net's standard contract is 18 months. BT Featureline does not include broadband. Cloud Net's product, except for the starter pack does include broadband.
