How they choose to configure our system
Bringing Enterprise to Life plc uses a receptionist system. If the receptionist does not answer then the calls are automatically transferred to the Managing Director and if even he is unavailable then the caller is offered the option of leaving a message.
They also have a separate number for a fax which gives them a fax to email capability.
